Crane motor of 1.5 kkW class 4, one set of 22 kW frequency conversion electric cabinet (brand Anhui Langge), one set of unloading line crane, one set of mold hanging head, 3 sets of forced mold box, the frame is welded with 90mm angle steel, guide bar is welded with 80mm thickened square pipe, panel thickness of 2.0mm, motor frame is welded by 80mm thickened groove steel, and 1 unpowered stripping machine. 二；配置列表！采用重型三轴减速器，皮带轮采用B型带三槽，（采用三力三角带），全部采用直径500mm的镶嵌合金滚筒，成品滚筒直径600mm镶嵌合金，采用新国标电机，18.5kw6级，11.85kw4级。1.5千瓦4级起重机电机，22千瓦变频电柜（安徽朗格品牌），1台卸料线起重机，1台模具吊头，3台模具强迫箱，机架采用90毫米角钢焊接，导杆采用80毫米厚方管焊接，面板厚度为2.0毫米，机架用80毫米厚的槽钢焊接；无动力剥线机1台。安装电机�；ふ�。注:电压为380V—50HZ
